The last time I watched this game was 2021. Both teams were so good! But with Faraimo unavailable and Garcia on her third straight day pitching, Oklahoma would not be denied. You can tell halfway through that Garcia is just gassed. It would have been the perfect opportunity to go to Faraimo in the 4th. Unfortunately, c'est la vie. Hopefully, with the experience of this year and the #1 recruiting class in 2024, the Bruins can make a run for #13 in 2025.

@france.4377 I agree that nationally softball isn’t as popular as it should be. But I’m from Southwest Louisiana down by the Texas/Louisiana border and we absolutely love softball. It’s really a big deal down here. Even the home schooled girls have leagues, along with rec, elementary, middle school, high school and even the churches around here plays softball. Sulphur, Louisiana even host the fast pitch 56, we have two major ball fields the the 2008 Olympic softball team practiced on for several days. When we host the fast pitch 56, we have fields that are second to none in a 4 state area. We love our softball but it needs to be more promoted than it is.

The Gold Medal Championship contest and they gind some guy in the mail room to do the play-by-play. Women's softball deserves better than this. An exciting, well-played game and we get this guy? Thing is, he's still calling softball in the U.S. and his style has not improved one iota.

UCLA does not have one Rachel or Bubba on their current team. The 2024 team is way to "Woke" to win any tournament or series against a top ten team. Go Woke, Go suck.

UCLA is amazing. Been watching for decades. I went to JMU and George Mason. Mason is outside DC and has endless opportunities. Their softball team did well last year. One reason they recruited a graduate student from a big time school to pitch. If you play at a big time school and have eligibility as a graduate student. You should check out GMU. Love Madison but opportunities near DC are unreal.

I sure hated to see Jordy transfer to Nebraska I respect your decision but I think she made a huge mistake hopefully we will face Nebraska this upcoming season and we will see how well she fares against Oklahomas hitters I wish her the best unless of course she is playing the Sooners good luck jordy
